We exist to encourage young adults to get involved in the Lord's Kingdom work by building up each other and the Church while shining a light of hope into a dark world.  We seek to build a community that is informed, connected and involved in each other's lives, so that we may exude the love of Christ and continuously point the world to our Saviour, Jesus Christ.

About

Young Adult Reformed Fellowshipis a ministry for college and career aged young adults in the Baltimore/Washington Metro area.   We accomplish our mission by promoting Biblical teaching, discipleship and fellowship for young adults to get involved with in their area through small group ministries in local churches or campus ministries.  Then we seek to bring these groups together throughout the year to enjoy ministry and fellowship together.  The purpose is to remind young adults of their connection to the broader Kingdom while promoting discipleship and growth in the small groups.

The Chesapeake Presbytery of the PCA provides oversight and accountability to this ministry.  The future of YARF is completely left to the guidance of the Lord and ultimately it is His will being accomplished through the young adults who get involved. Some possible future benefits to the expansion of God's Kingdom are providing a ministry that bridges the gap from selfish adolescence to vital member of local church, that supports RUF and perhaps even a conduit for a church plant. Or maybe it is just an opportunity for us at this time to enjoy the fellowship of brothers and sisters in Christ. It is in His hands.

May we find ourselves devoted to biblical teaching, fellowship, communion, prayer, and the singular body of Christ to which we are all a part (Acts 2: 42-47).
